Aerial Photographer Fundraiser Program Virginia123 Aerial Photography will, at no charge, perform a flyover and photograph your School with students, faculty and staff forming 2011, the school's name or initials, or any formation you desire. (within the possibilities of your school's population) Most schools schedule this flyover event with a fire drill.  We will identify a point on the school's grounds (preferably grass) that is free of shadows, as well as other distractions.  Someone from the school's staff should spray paint or lime the formation's outline in the grass... and assign a general location for each class/grade within the formation. Once the photo is taken, we will provide the school an order form template, which we will ask the school to copy and send home to parents.  This is the only expense the school will have.  Here's an Example  (Word Document - may take a moment to load in new window)   Parents will be able to order 8x10, 11x14, or 16x20 framed prints for $25, $30 or $40.  In addition to the school/student body aerial photo, I will make available any "Townscape" aerial photo within (or near) your school district.     All prices are 33% off my regular price for "stock photography".  Up to a 4 week window will be open for orders to be accepted.  We will contact the school each Friday afternoon to get a count of the number of photos that have been ordered.  Orders will be printed over the weekend, and delivered by noon on the following Tuesday (or next school day, if Tuesday is a Holiday). After the first 12 purchases we will donate a 20x28 framed print to your school.  Beyond the initial 12 purchases, a $10 donation per print purchased will be made to the school or PTO.
